" It still amazes me after growing up in the Village, and all the years I have been selling houses there, just how attractive these grade II listed cottages are. And this one certainly does not disappoint either! The current owners have managed to retain many of the original features and character whilst portraying a very contemporary feel. Having secondary glazing and combi fired gas central heating the layout briefly comprises reception hall, lounge with feature fireplace, kitchen dining room, two double bedrooms, the master having a small room off (ideal for use as a computer room but also ideal for conversion into an en-suite, subject to planning permission) and a spacious bathroom. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed courtyard. Ideally situated the property is less than a few minutes` walk to Port Sunlight train station. Bebington village with its shops and amenities is a short walk away. Bromborough retail park with its array of stores, restaurants and leisure pursuits is a ten minute drive away. The village itself is a pure delight and offers many attractions including a church, boating lake and the Lady Lever Art Gallery to name just a few. The award winning village grounds including The Dell and rose gardens are nothing short of breath taking and well worth a stroll around. Viewing is essential.
