" The property is understood to have been constructed by the High Sheriff of Cheshire, Thomas Henry Ismay JP, in 1892 who was also the founder of the White Star Line - builders of the 'Titanic'. The house is believed to have been built using designs from Norman Shaw who is the architect responsible for the former manor house. The Coachman for the construction of the titanic was also believed to have been stationed at the property, using them as his headquarters. A picture post card location with beautiful scenery, West Warren Lodge is nestled in the picturesque village of Thurstaston and offers a wonderful style of living and this bespoke lodge has been designed with luxury in mind.
