" Introduction

This two bedroom duplex is arranged on two floors and is situated in a most sought after location on St David's Park in Ewloe close to the village of Hawarden. The property is most convenient for commuting to most local areas of employment. The A55 is within a few minutes drive and Chester is only about eight miles away. St David's Park has it's own facilities including a very good restaurant and also local shopping facilities.
