" Charlton Court has always and forever proved a popular flat development. Reasons? possibly the size, with a huge living room and two good double bedrooms together with a 'proper' sized kitchen (see floor plan below), or for the quiet spot situated along Brancote Road that seems to be used for little else than a practising three point turn, or the convenience of both Claughton and Oxton Villages. Then again it might be for the reasonable service charges - although the next 12 months has already been paid....

As key holders, we can normally accommodate you with a viewing at fairly short notice. Once viewing you'll probably still smell the recent paintwork throughout the apartment along with the odour new carpets leave for a while. So, ready to move into with a display of neutral colours throughout. The kitchen is well provided for too with integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a robust brush steel oven. There's even a breakfast bar for two and smart laminate floor covering. The old fashioned, but nevertheless, handy serving hatch still exists between kitchen and living room for serving, for communicating - why don't they still design them? The living/dining room has a full floor to ceiling double glazed unit (the whole flat has double glazing and of course, gas central heating) and there's a 'French' door that opens to a flagged terrace area - a pleasant spot for a morning coffee. The bedrooms are great, especially the larger of the two, which faces the same way as the living room, and for that has a pleasant tree lined view from across Brancote Road. Tenure The apartment is leasehold ?1,025.00 Is the annual current service charge which has been paid up front by our client for the next year. That's certainly no more than the average service charge for many apartments in Oxton, although plenty are more expensive. The lease is the remainder of a 999 year lease from May 2004 and the management company is CHARLTON COURT MANAGEMENT LIMITED: Sherlock Property Services, Sherlock House, Manor Road, Wallasey, Wirral, CH45 4JB. Locator Brancote Road runs parallel to Bidston road and runs into Howbeck Road and Ashburton Road, either end.
