" A breath of fresh air...light, friendly, surprising; contemporary and perhaps most importantly spacious.

Welcome A breath of fresh air...light, friendly, surprising; contemporary and perhaps most importantly spacious. Credit due The front porch reveals something of a show piece. For that alone let us acknowledge now our client's flair for presentation and comfort. On and on.. Volumes of rich oak effect floor covering extends from the hall through to the living room, the dining room and into a fantastic 'name it what you will room' - an extension that apart from creating more dining, more living space, also allows the ground floor to flow. A great combination Easy to envisage then, with the double doors to the dining room open, a great space for entertaining! For day to day purposes this extension is used for both dining and general 'chilling' - the kitchen, open plan to this room, remains involved and part of this extra space so the chef can't/shouldn't feel left out. Spick and span A smart kitchen it is too. Thoroughly modern with a dark grey floor tile and retro' wall tiles, there are plenty of units and equipment includes hob, grill and oven and circular extractor as well as integrated appliances : washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A return worktop gives a little separation from the open living space....but not too much. Bests For 'best' perhaps, retire to the front room where there's a deep bay (modern upvc here) and a fancy beech styled fireplace with pebbled living flame inset. Of course, what was the dining room could now be used as alternative space; for the piano, x-box or wii perhaps? First floor and the contemporary, light, decor continues. A charming main bedroom with generous oak effect wardrobe furniture, whilst bedroom two has its own wall to wall 'robes, partly mirrored. Wallpaper covering here, frankly is like marmite: love or hate Marilyn Monroe!..but it works! Bedroom number three isn't a bad size at all, bigger than a standard modern box room whilst the bathroom is nice and bright and has a corner bath with shower over and is tiled too. Outdoors Again, outside is well prepared. Front parking, additional side of house facilities. In fact this is where the patio starts and extends around the house to the rear. This, non lovers of gardens, is nice and easy to maintain! Considerably well screened, the garden enjoys a south easterly aspect. There are two timber stores, one with light and power. A central location Central to Prenton, Prenton Hall Road gives you a quick getaway to the motorway one way or the tunnel the other. Walker Park is just around the corner. We appreciated this house and would recommend you basket for viewing. For Sat Nav: CH43 3BH.
