A traditional thirties semi - a little unusual and for that a bit of a find for the immediate district and so close to Oxton village - just two minutes in the car, ten on foot. A semi that has clearly been looked after over the years with gas central heating system just two and a half years old and also with pvc double glazing. Decor and woodwork particularly have been well maintained although attention will be required in time to the bathroom and kitchen. Added value ...and that is were the attraction lies! A comfortable house, more than good enough to move straight into yet with opportunities to remodel in the future. The kitchen for example could be extended to the rear and or side making a more practical family kitchen. More attractions That of course is not the only attraction either: yet to prioritise these features is difficult, for one feature may be of interest to one and not for the other, however, the fact there's no chain will be to everyone - so in no particular order: An attractive and very traditional hall leads to two separate entertaining rooms - the rear also having potential to extend; a number of useful outhouses stand separate from the garage; the garden is quite charming and probably bigger than you'd initially think with a back drop of trees to the very rear which hides a proportion of the garden.
