The property is situated in Hoole. It is a 15-minute walk to the main Chester University Campus, a 10-minute walk from the Riverside Campus, and a 10 minute walk to the Kingsway Campus.

Perfectly located close to the Chester city centre, which is only a 10 minute walk with shops, bars, restaurants.

Excellent transport links. Chester train station is only a 5-10 minute walk.

Also ideal for access to Wrexham Glyndwr University and Christleton Law College.
