FIRST FLOOR COMMUNAL ENTRANCE    This is the Rear Entrance to the building and is conveniently approached from Northgate Street. Flat 21 benefits from being on the first floor.

GROUND FLOOR COMMUNAL ENTRANCE    This is the main entrance to the building and is approached from Garden Lane. The Resident House Manageress has her office off the Hall, which in turn leads to the Lift and Stairs to all floors.

KITCHEN    Recently refitted with a range of cream wall and base units with complementary part tiled elevations. Laminate roll top work surfaces incorporating stainless steel sink drainer unit, space for electric cooker and for fridge. An extractor hood venting to outside in built-in over the cooker space.
