We have pleasure in offering a two bedroom end terrace with garage and offered in excellent order throughout.

This property needs to be viewed to be appreciated and the accommodation comprises an entrance hallway leading through to a large open plan lounge/Dining room measuring 24'6" X 12'11" and it has a bay fronted window. The lounge is fully carpeted and there is a feature fireplace.

The kitchen is also an excellent size measuring 14'5" X 9'11" and has fitted wood effect units with a light grey counter top. There is an inset sink with space for washing machine and tall fridge /freezer.

There are windows to the rear and to the side making it a very light room. The flooring has light grey tiles and there is a storage cupboard. Off the kitchen there is a porch leading to the rear of the property.

Upstairs there is a good size landing leading to the master bedroom which measures 14'11" X 11'7" with two windows to the front and wood effect laminated flooring. The main bedroom can be re-figured to make a third bedroom.

The second bedroom measures 9'10" X 9'3" and has wood effect laminate flooring with a window to the rear.Off the landing there is a small lobby with an airing cupboard which also has the gas combination boiler.

There is a glass wash hand basin and a wc. The walls are tiled in a light grey ceramic tiles and the flooring is also tiled with laminate flooring.

All the windows are upvc and to the front there is a forecourt and the rear is mostly paved with a decked area  and the aspect to the rear provides a sunny aspect.

There is a rear access to the garage at the rear which has a roller shutter door.
