Pretty designated front and rear gardens. EARLY VIEWINGS RECOMMENDED. Front Garden A pretty single white chain provides a low boundary to this long garden. A concrete path runs along side a low level pre cast concrete wall to the right, where there is a small section of wooden handrail. Two steps of small brickwork with copingstones matching the low level flowerbeds lead to the lawn and beds of gravel. Lounge/diner (16' 5" x 11' 5" or 5.0m x 3.48m) The pink carpet with a stylised leaf pattern continues into the living room and the papered ceiling and coving are painted white. The soft rose pink walls compliment the scheme and there are two double wall lights and a dimmer for lighting control. The fireplace creates the focal point of the room and has a black mantle shelf and a living flame gas fire. There is a large uPVC window with a split section on the right with openers above and below, a single panel radiator, a TV aerial connection and a BT telephone point. Kitchen (11' 3" x 7' 9" or 3.44m x 2.37m) A wide uPVC window with a tiled sill and two top openers affords plenty of light to this lovely bright kitchen. The ceiling is papered and painted white with single pendant light fitting. Hand-built units with a soft grey wood grain effect and oak-edged trim match the worktop on the one side. The wall units are full height and alternate with two glazed wooden doors with lead effect panes, each with lighting. Below these units are smaller hand-built cabinets with glass sliding doors and shelves and are lined with mirrored mosaics. There is a built in full height cupboards at the end with matching soft grey wood grain doors, which houses the immersion heater and the hot water tank. The ceramic tiles are smokey brown with occasional floral motif tiles. The ceiling is papered and painted white with a single pendant light fitting and there is a spotlight above the electric double oven slot in cooker with a wooden cooker hood, which houses an outside vent. There is space for an undercounter freezer and fridge and space for another appliance. The cream composite inset sink has a right hand drainer with a monobloc mixer tap. The laminate worktop on this side is soft cream with a marble effect. The walls are papered and painted white in sections of the kitchen and there are sliding doors above the doors to the hallway, which are also papered in the same. The tiled effect vinyl flooring is sage in colour and warm underfoot. There is a double panel radiator. Bathroom A bright bathroom with a uPVC window with a tiled sill, obscured glass and a single top opener. The window also has a wooden pelmet, which has been papered and painted white. The ceiling has polystyrene tiles with white decorative coving and the textured wallpaper has been painted white. The cistern to the low level WC has been concealed with a hand built surround and the WC and toilet seat are a dusky pink. The pink bath with matching side and end panel has separate hot and cold taps and a hand built tiled shelf above the taps, which mirrors the curve of the bath below. A pink ceramic basin with separate hot and cold taps has been inset into the deep countertop of pink tiles on the hand built vanity unit. The doors to the vanity unit are adorned with black gloss tiles and there is a small wooden louvered panel. The pink marbled effect vinyl flooring is warm underfoot and the bathroom is tiled to half height in pink ceramic wall tiles with occasional floral motif tiles. There is a single panel radiator, a grab rail over the bath and also one next to the WC. Bedroom 1 (12' 7" x 10' 0" or 3.84m x 3.05m) A bright spacious bedroom with full height fitted wardrobes, which run the entire width of the room. The cream doors with traditional brass effect handles have raised mouldings with a gilt effect, and there is a matching headboard with integral bedroom side shelves, with a wall light and individual switches each side. The textured ceiling paper and the decorative coving have been painted white and there is a central ceiling rose with a single pendant light fitting. A floral border separates the aqua and rose floral wallpaper and the co-ordinating striped wallpaper below. The cream carpet compliments the scheme, and there is a single panel radiator underneath the uPVC window with a wooden sill with a split section on the right with openers above and below. The wallpaper scheme and gilt effect mouldings have been tastefully added as a panel on the back of the bedroom door. Bedroom 2 (11' 11" x 10' 0" or 3.63m x 3.05m) A double bedroom currently used as a single bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, which run the entire width of the room with flyover cupboards above the bed. The cream doors have raised mouldings with a gilt effect and there are white ceramic knobs with a floral motif. The coving is papered in a co-ordinating border, and the floral wallpaper has hues of mauve, rose, and sage green. Rear Garden Steps lead down from the balcony directly onto the red, grey and yellow concrete patio, interspersed with trellis, borders and low-level brick flowerbeds, which match the front garden. A wooden shed is situated in the corner of the patio with an adjacent matching wooden fence. Hedges and deep borders provide the boundary to the left and a border defines the neighbouring property on the right. The bins kept to the side of the property in a separate area.
