" A handsome, bay fronted, semi detached home retaining lots of original features and set within a generous plot with scope for expansion subject to obtaining the necessary consents.

The property is in almost original condition and whilst this means it needs complete modernisation, it also means that most of the character features remain intact. The property has tiled fireplaces, lovely traditional windows, picture rails and has nicely proportioned reception rooms and bedrooms.

The front door opens to the entrance hall, which has the staircase leading up to the first floor and a built in cupboard and a small storage room located off. The sitting room to the front of the property has a sweeping bay window and a tiled fireplace as well as picture rails and exposed floorboards.

There is a separate dining room with lovely views over the garden and this again has a tiled fireplace and picture rails. The adjacent kitchen is fitted with floor and wall mounted cabinets and has a built in cupboard and a door giving access to the garden.
