Full description:
Netherby is a superbly presented, Grade II?Listed barn conversion converted in 1988 to award winning standards with brick and weatherboarded elevations under a slate and pantiled roof. The property forms part of a group of three barn conversions, being the larger of the barns, backing on to open fields to the rear with far reaching views. The accommodation comprises an impressive dining hall with stairs leading to the galleried landing and sitting area, a boot room/utility room leads to the 38ft kitchen with limestone flooring, walnut units and under-floor heating with a separate conservatory style sitting area. Continue along this road following signs to Audley End Station/Wendens Ambo - left hand side. Continue straight on the B1039 towards Barley. Once you have passed the turning on the right for Elmdon, take the second turning left signposted Pond Street/Duddenhoe End and you will come to a group of barns on your left hand side. Turn into the gravelled driveway and Netherby will be found on the left hand side. "
