Full description:
Spinners is an attractive and well presented modern family home and was originally built in 1979 by John Brown Builders, with rendered elevations under a peg tiled roof. The rear 4th bedroom has a lovely view of the church. The spacious family bathroom has the benefit of both a bath and separate shower.
Outside, the property is approached via a shared driveway leading to the double garage (18' 1" x 17' 1") with electric remote controlled doors and forecourt parking. The front garden is beautifully landscaped with a sunken sun terrace and well stocked floral borders. The rear garden is mainly paved with adjacent gravelled flowerbeds and is fully enclosed with a personal door leading to the double garage. The garden area measures approx. 63ft x 56ft.

From Saffron Walden proceed on the B1052 Newport Road. Continue along its full length until reaching the roundabout and turn left on to the B1383. Proceed into the village of Newport, taking the right hand turn - signposted to Wicken Bonhunt/Clavering. Proceed through Wicken Bonhunt and into Clavering. Once in Clavering pass The Cricketers Public House on your right hand side and The Fox & Hounds on the left hand side. Continue along on to Pelham Road. The property will be found on the right hand side just before the turning down to the Church. "
