" Westcote is a delightful, spacious family house originally built in the late 1960s of traditional construction under a tiled roof which has subsequently been extended in recent years. The property has a delightful rear garden, ample parking and garaging. The reception hallway has a turning staircase to the first floor and links through to the sitting room and dining area with an open fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets with granite work surfaces, space for cooking range, integrated appliances including dishwasher and fridge. From the kitchen is the large family room with glazed double doors to the garden. In addition, the side utility links through to the study and a home office/occasional bedroom. To the first floor is a master bedroom with a superb en suite bathroom, 3 further bedrooms; one with an en suite shower room and a family bathroom. The attic offers two large areas; (24' 10" x 11' 3" floor area & 13' 5" x 12' 7" floor area) and is accessed via a pull-down ladder and offers additional storage space.
Outside, a gravel driveway provides parking for several vehicles. The integral garage (21' x 9') has power and light and a door to the study. The front garden is laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting and a side gate leads to the rear. The rear garden measures approx. 70ft x 65ft , offers a high degree of privacy with a large terrace, lawns, mature trees and shrub planting.Directions
