" 109 Cherry Garden Lane is a modern family house of brick and blockwork construction with rendered elevations under a tiled roof. In recent years the property has been substantially extended to the rear, together with a useful extension to the front providing a spacious entrance lobby/utility area. The reception room has solid wood flooring, stairs to first floor and a large understairs cupboard. This leads through to the family/dining room with triple Velux windows and two sets of sliding patio doors to the garden. There is a gas cooker, space for a large fridge-freezer and plumbing for a small dishwasher. The family bathroom has recently been refitted to a high standard and is fully tiled with a white suite, vanity unit with wash basin inset and heated towel rail.

The rear garden is well presented and enclosed by close-panelled fencing, with a rear gated access leading to the garage block. Steps lead down to an attractive paved patio area with pergola. The garage is located in a block at the rear of the property with an up-and-over door and in addition to this there is a separate hard standing parking area.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 towards Newport and at the roundabout junction turn left on to the B1383. Proceed into the village of Newport, passing under the railway bridge and into the High Street. Take the right hand side turn into Wicken Road and then second left into Frambury Lane. Take the first turning on the left into Cherry Garden Lane and no. 109 will be found on the left hand side just round the right hand bend. "
