Full description:
55 Walden Road is an attractive detached family house set within this popular village location, offering spacious and versatile accommodation. The property was originally built in the 1960s and has been subsequently extended and is built from brick and blockwork with rendered/pargetted elevations under a tiled roof. The first floor offers a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. There are 4 further bedrooms; all of good size and a family bathroom with a white suite.
Outside, the shingle driveway provides a turning area and parking for several vehicles leading to the single garage (approx. 16' 8" x 8' 4") with an up-and-over door and side personal door. The front garden is partly laid to lawn with flowerbed borders and is approx. 45ft long x 45ft wide. Side pathways lead round to the rear garden which is again principally laid to lawn with mature tree boundaries, is well fenced and provides a high degree of privacy. The rear garden is approx. 48ft x 25ft.
