" 20 Walden Road is a well presented character cottage, set in a good sized corner plot with ample parking to the rear. Traditionally built of red brick under a tiled roof, the property has been extended and renovated in recent years. Accommodation comprises an entrance hall leading to an extremely spacious kitchen/dining room with French doors to the rear garden and solid oak flooring. The kitchen offers an excellent range of base and wall units with wooden work surfaces, along with granite to the central island unit. Appliances include a fitted Bosch electric double oven, gas hob and Neff dishwasher with plumbing for washing machine. The dining area has a feature window seat to the box bay window and an attractive open fireplace. The good sized sitting room also has a lovely bay window and an open fireplace with granite hearth. A 4th bedroom/study is located to the rear of the property with a rear entrance lobby and cloakroom adjacent. The first floor comprises a master bedroom with en suite shower room and views over the rear garden, family bathroom with rolltop bath and two further bedrooms.
