" 5a London Road is a brand new detached chalet style property situated to the rear of no. 5 London Road, with its own garden and extensive driveway. The property is of a traditional construction with brick and block elevations under a tiled roof which has now been completed and is ready for immediate occupation. The property is superbly fitted throughout with laminate floors to the ground floor areas, double glazed windows, well appointed kitchen with appliances, white bath and shower suites and a wood burner to the sitting room. The spacious reception hallway has a turning staircase to the first floor accommodation with cupboards under, doors leading from the hall link through to the sitting room with French doors to the large garden terrace. The dining room/bedroom 3 overlooks the rear terrace. The spacious kitchen/breakfast room is a bright room with an excellent range of base and wall cabinets to three walls, oven and gas hob and fitted dishwasher. The ground floor is complimented by a good sized utility/cloakroom.
