A six bedroom detached house which briefly comprises to the ground floor entrance vestibule, entrance hall, lounge, dining room, a further reception room, kitchen, utility room and an open plan conservatory. Also to the ground floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom. To the first floor there are four further bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Externally the property has a driveway to the front and a decked area to the rear with views over to the Ennerdale Valley and Ennerdale Water. The EPC rating is grade F.

Location

The property is situated in the picturesque village of Kirkland which is on the fringe of the Lake District National Park with stunning views over Ennerdale to the surrounding Fells. The property is also on the route of the Coast to Coast long distance cycle track. The major commercial areas of west Cumbria and the western Lake District Fells are within reach.

The second bedroom has a radiator, walk in cupboard and a double glazed window. The reception room has a television aerial point, radiator and two double glazed opaque windows. To the first floor there is a landing which is accessed from the main hallway with a radiator, access to the bedrooms and the bathroom/wc, telephone point and a feature arch window with views over the countryside and Ennerdale Water. Bedroom three has a radiator, two double glazed windows and access to an en-suite bathroom/wc. Bedroom four has a double glazed window, radiator and en-suite with walk in shower. Bedroom five has a radiator and a double glazed window and bedroom six has a radiator, loft access and a double glazed window.
