This beautifully presented property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house will be a great home for any first-time buyers or growing families. The rear garden is favourably situated with views overlooking the hills as well as benefiting from being predominantly south facing.

Front of house

There is a front garden and private drive which can accommodate up to three cars.

Ground Floor

The entrance hallway leads onto two rooms. The first is a reception room that is currently being used as a playroom. This room has a cupboard which contains the boiler and is used for storage. The hall also leads onto the main living room which is open plan with the dining area. The living room has an under the stairs cupboard.
