A detached bungalow which briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, conservatory, three bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Externally there are gardens to the front and rear together with a driveway leading to the garage. Awaiting EPC ratings.

Location

The property is situated within the village of Gosforth which is within the Lake District National Park. There are good road links to the commercial areas of west Cumbria and the western Lake District Fells.

Our View

Meadowfield Grove is a three bedroom detached bungalow which has the benefit of double glazing and a gas fired central heating system. The entrance hall has a double glazed entrance door, loft access, telephone point, radiator and a recessed cupboard. The lounge has a fire surround with a feature electric fire, a double glazed window, coving to ceiling, television aerial point, telephone point and two radiators. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units incorporating a sink unit, built in gas oven and a five ring gas hob with extractor hood over, plumbing for washing machine, a double glazed window, double glazed access door to with a side panel, laminate tile effect flooring, ceiling coving, gas fired boiler, cupboard housing hot water cylinder and a heated towel rail. All three bedrooms have double glazed windows, television aerial points and radiators. Bedroom three also has a double glazed french doors connecting into the conservatory. The conservatory is double glazed and has double glazed french doors leading to the rear garden, door to the garage, laminate flooring, television aerial point and a radiator. The front garden is lawned with flower beds and hedging and the rear garden has views towards the Lake District fells and is lawned with a decked area and a water feature. The driveway to the front leads to the garage and has an up and over door and power.

Proceed along the A595 into Gosforth. Proceed down the main street passed the shops, bakery and the bank. Where the road forks turn right and take the first left into Meadowfield. Proceed round the estate to the bottom and number 27 can be found on the left hand side just before Meadowfield Grove.
