" A beautiful, family home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and extended living space. Located in a sought after residential area of the town, the property occupies an elevated position relative to its neighbours. This helps maximise natural light, as well as offering views across the town and Solway Firth to the Scottish hills beyond.

Set back from the road by a double driveway, on street parking is also available and the lack of through traffic makes this a relaxing place to live. An unusual, but very practical feature of the house are the two entrance doors on the front elevation. The first offers family access to the side entrance hall, complete with fully tiled flooring, a large store cupboard and a downstairs shower room. Perfect for when the weather turns, coats and boots can be stored away, and the flooring simply wiped clean.

The conventional front door leads to the large lounge that is light and airy thanks to a large bay window. An attractive feature gas fire complements the fully serviced, gas central heating system. The kitchen diner is fitted with stylish units that provide lots of worktop and storage space. Integrated appliances include a cooker, hob, extractor and fridge freezer. This really impressive space has plenty of room for a dining table and is further enhanced by the addition of a sunroom snug extension. With double patio doors leading to the attractive, low maintenance rear garden, it is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining. A solid shed workshop offers additional storage space and has both electricity and water supplies.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and a single. Each of the doubles has room for large wardrobes, which could be included in the sale. The single bedroom is presently used as an office, but has a built in cupboard and can easily take a single bed. The internal accommodation is completed by a luxurious family bathroom. With a gorgeous, modern bathroom suite and attractive, modern tiles, this is the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day.

In summary, a fabulous family home with space where it‘s needed. Thoughtfully extended to maximise the usable living space, it has been maintained and decorated to a really high standard. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, extended living space and great outdoor space, early viewing is highly recommended.
