Superb family home in a highly sought after location.

This lovely property is well presented throughout, spacious, modern, ready to move in to, close to all local amenities but also sold with no Onward Chain.

Located on the outskirts of Thornbury the property is close by to everything you could need. Thornbury is a thriving market town to the north of the City of Bristol and the M4M5 interchange, with excellent commuting links via the motorway network and by rail from Bristol Parkway Station. The High Street offers a wide variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Other facilities include the leisure centre, golf course and library, plus open community spaces, parks and sports groundsclubs. The town is blessed with a number of primary and junior schools, plus The Castle secondary school which is situated on the edge of open countryside close to Thornburys Tudor Castle, now a luxury hotel.

Internally the property boasts four bedrooms: all of which are doubles, two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the master bedroom, three reception rooms and a large open plan kitchen diner which opens on to the rear garden. The smallest of the three reception rooms is currently used as an office space but could alternatively be used as a play room or even a home gym. The two remaining reception rooms are the lounge and dining room. Both are a good size and whilst the lounge is the more generous of the two the dining room has the potential to be incorporated within the current kitchen breakfast room to make a huge but beautiful space- a hub of the home but also fantastic for entertaining. In addition to all the above the property also offers a wc and a utility room.

Externally the property is again not short of space; there is a garden to the front creating a pleasant approach to the property and to the rear there is a spacious yet fully enclosed and private rear garden that can be accessed via the side but also the kitchen and dining room. The garden is currently laid to both lawn and patio making it a bit of a blank canvas, furthermore it is also south facing, again making this a great home to entertain in.

In addition to the above there is also the added benefit of a garage and off street parking to the rear of the property. The garage although single has a pitched room offering plenty of storage and a drive way to the front offering space for one vehicle.
