" Upon entering into the entrance lobby with space for coats and shoes there is a door into the spacious, bright reception room. The reception room has a double glazed window to the front overlooking the front garden and has a staircase to the first floor and stylish wood effect flooring. Fronm the reception room there is a door to an inner lobby which has doors to a large under stairs storage cupboard and a downstairs wc. The lobby then opens into a bright and spacious kitchendining room which has a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden and a back door giving access outside. The kitchen has a good range of base and eye level units incorporating ample work surface. There is a built in four ring gas hob with extractor fan over and an oven under. There is a further built in fridgefreezer and dishwasher. The kitchen also has space and plumbing for a washing machine. From the reception room stairs rise to the first floor landing which has doors to both the double bedrooms, the family bathroom and a large airingstorage cupboard. The master bedroom is to the front and is a good size with mirror fronted wardrobes. The second double bedroom is to the rear and enjoys views over the rear garden. The bathroom is spacious and has a white suite including a bath, low level wc, pedestal wash hand basin and a separate tiled shower cubicle.
Outside to the rear there is a lovely paved south facing garden with raised beds housing mature shrubs and bushes. There is a central water feature to the rear with seating and a timber shed. To the side of the property there is gated access to the front garden which in turn leads to the two allocated parking spaces. Hill Moor is found in a popular residential location on the fringes of the Town but is close to middle pathway which leads directly to the town centre and sea front and within walking distance of a variety of amenities including Aldi supermarket and Yeo Moor Primary.
