The flat is part furnished with a double bed, and corner sofa. Close to ring road links. Sorry, no pets or DSS.



To reserve a property, you must:

Pay a £150 holding deposit along with the agency fee - £240 for one person, £300 for two people, £340 for three people, £420 for four people (please note that we do not charge for under 18's). These fees include VAT. THE PROPERTY WILL NOW BE RESERVED FOR YOU, SUBJECT TO REFERENCING.

You must submit your completed application forms to us within 7 days - otherwise we reserve the right to remarket the property.

TENANT FEES:
Fees can be paid by card either over the telephone or in our office, or by cash in the office. We can accept bank transfers also. Please note that there is an addition 2% charge for use of credit cards.

RENT - As advertised. All rents are to be paid in advance, IE at the start of a month for the month ahead.

DEPOSIT - We take five weeks worth of rent as a deposit unless otherwise stated. The deposit must be paid on or before the date your tenancy is due to commence.

AGENCY FEE - £240 for one person, £300 for two people, £360 for three people and £420 for four people - all including VAT. Please note that we do not charge for under 18s.

Guarantor Fee - A charge of £40+VAT will be applied to each guarantor needed. This is to be paid by the prospective tenants.

LETTERS - Once the tenancy has commenced, should you require that we write any official letters on your behalf there will be a charge of £25+VAT per letter payable on request.

LATE PAYMENTS - Should, during your tenancy, the rent be late - the landlord reserves the right to charge daily interest at 3% over the Bank of England base rate.

LOSS OF KEYS - A minimum charge of £50+VAT will be applied for replacement locks, keys, fobs etc. "
