" A beautifully finished 5 bed 1930's home. Generous extensions to both the side and the rear, this home now has accommodation over 3 floors. It has been lovingly maintained and updated throughout to a high standard and has been newly decorated throughout with newly laid carpets. Set behind a large paved driveway offering ample parking and double curved bay windows, this home exudes character and kerb appeal. On entering the hallway, you are lead to a cloakroom

(fitted in 2018), living room, open plan kitchen, dining room, family room and conservatory. To the rear is an incredible space, which lends itself to the kitchen, dining room, family room and conservatory; with high specification finishes to include a shaker-style kitchen with solid oak worktops, oak flooring, ceramic sink with an electric waste disposal unit and integrated Bosch appliances.
