" Letwithease are delighted to offer to the rental market this large 5 bed house in a quiet housing estate in Southmead. Arranged over two floors, the property offers five double bedrooms, a spacious lounge which leads onto a well maintained private garden with a side gate offering access to the garage and an off street parking space. There is a well sized modern kitchen with a separate utility room complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a further back door offering access to the garden. Next to the kitchen is a toilet and the first of five double bedrooms. There is also a downstairs study next to the lounge.

Upstairs there are the remaining four double bedrooms all of which have built in wardrobes and are similar in size. The family bathroom is located at the top of the stairs which includes a bath, shower and sink. Lastly the master bedroom comes with an en suite and is of substantial size. The property benefits from carpets throughout, gas central heating, off street parking for two cars and a private garage at the rear of the property.

It is offered on a furnished basis with white goods and will be available from 1st March 2016.
