On entering the property through the porch there is a hallway leading to the lounge on the right with dining area overlooking the rear garden through an opening. Adjacent to the dining area is a separate kitchen which can be accessed from the hallway. There is a sun room from the kitchen which leads to the leads to the marvellous rear garden with storage space and side access through the alleyway between this and the adjoining property.
