We love our cul-de-sac, tucked away but very convenient. Under one minute walk to Petham Recreation Park (ideal for kids/dog owners), 8 minutes walk to High Firs School and under fifteen minutes walk to Swanley Station and High Street. Within under 10 minutes you can be walking across fields in Crockenhill. Our patio is a sun trap in the afternoons and the longer than average garage is great for storage. Both loft and walls have been insulated, hence a good EPC rating. We have friendly neighbours in the close and are only reluctantly moving for a shorter commute.
