Located at the top of a cul de sac is this deceptively spacious family home offering well proportioned bright and airy accommodation. This property is non traditional construction. Within easy reach of the nearby M25 A20 A2. Situated for local amenities including shops and supermarkets the train station just a short walk away, plus local schools, there simply is nothing more you could wish for in such close proximity.

The house has been our home for the past 10 years and has been continually updated and up kept. A new kitchen with fully integrated appliances and bathroom was installed in 2018.

The property is well laid out on entry there is the electric meter cupboard discreetly hidden amble space for storage of every day shoes. The door to your left leads you to the living room which is decorated in white and a main wall of dark olive which contrast the minimal accessories. The built in open cupboards allow for displays of photographs and books and the large window allows for plenty of daylight to fill the room.

The hallway has a useful under the stairs cupboard which runs the length of the stairs.

The kitchen opens out to a huge kitchen dinner with striking units, floor to ceiling Larder units, built in fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. large marble effect floor tiles with under floor heating and granite work top with built in drainer. The boiler is discreetly in a built in cupboard which houses the washing machine underneath. Two double glazed patio doors lead out to the garden.

You step out to a paved patio area large enough for dining set behind a Spanish villa style wall with large steps that lead up to the main laid to lawn garden which measures well over 80ft. A small shed is kept at the rear of the garden. There is side access to the property from the garden.

The first floor landing leads to the loft which has been fitted with secure loft stairs, the loft has been insulated and there is ample space for storage.

The bathroom has a full size bath, wc and sink with a drawer unit and a design style radiator. Under floor heating has been installed.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom is front facing and has been decorated in plain white walls, with one olive panelled wall with floor to ceiling mirrors either side. The room has been carpeted in a light grey.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom room two is to the rear of the property and has dark wood laminate flooring and cream walls of which one wall is glitter blue. One storage cupboard houses the water heater.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom three is front facing and is mainly used for additional storage with wardrobes and a built in storage unit.

The front of the property is part lawned and has space for one car. There are no parking restrictions to park on the street.
