This substantial detached property was built in the late 1980‘s by Countryside Homes and forms part of a popular development on the south side of Orpington. It can be found in a tucked away corner of a no through road down a long private drive. The accommodation includes four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and three reception rooms. It also comes with a kitchenbreakfast room, utility room and garage, plus a good size garden the wraps around rear and side of the house.

There is an entrance hall at the front with laminate flooring and there are stairs here that lead to the first floor. The understairs cupboard provides storage and house the alarm control system.
A downstairs WC can be found off the hallway which has a low level WC and unit with integrated wash hand basinmixer tap.

There is a double aspect living room which has a window to the front and sliding patio doors at the rear which open to the garden. It has a fitted gas fire and laminate flooring.

A separate dining room has a window to the rear and laminate flooring.

A large further reception room has been created by conversion of a double garage and this has windows to the front and side. It is carpeted and has a fitted media unit and built in storage cupboards that house the gas and electric meters. The electric consumer unit is located here making it just a short distance to the front driveway, ideal to connect up electric vehicle charging points.

The kitchenbreakfast room is double aspect and has a window to the rear and double doors that open to the rear garden.
