'Fairacre' is a detached home situated on a plot of approximately 1 acre in a most sought after location known as Chelsfield Park. The property was built in the 1920s and currently consists of two reception rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a kitchen, downstairs WC. and boiler room.
