This fantastic five bedroom semi-detached home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Orpington and offers over 2100 sq ft. of accommodation.

It sits on a very large corner plot, and having been greatly extended to the side and rear, offers an abundance of space over two floors and is complimented by the most wonderful landscaped rear garden.

You enter at the front via a sheltered entrance porch, then in through the front door to a hallway with oak flooring. It has carpeted stairs that lead to the first floor landing with an understairs cupboard, radiator and fitted smoke alarm.

There is a downstairs toilet off the hallway which has a tiled floor, low level WC and wall mounted wash hand basin.

A living room can be found to the front which has a double glazed bay window and is open plan to the dining room.
There is a feature fireplace with multi-fuel burner, carpeting and two radiators.

The dining room also has a feature fireplace with open flue. It has oak flooring and bi-fold doors that open to a conservatory. It has a radiator and area that leads through to the kitchen with another door into the conservatory.

It is carpeted, has a radiator and fitted wardrobes to one wall, plus a door to the en suite bathroom.

The en suite bathroom has a frosted double glazed window to the rear and tiled floorwalls. It has a suite comprising a large walk-in shower with glass door and ‘Aqualisa‘ shower unit. There is a low level WC and vanity unit with wash hand basin with mixer tap.
