This generously proportioned detached bungalow is situated in a convenient location close to local shops and transport and within 1.75 miles of both Orpington and Sidcup town centres. The nearest station is St. Mary Cray at 0.6 miles and this has a direct line into London Victoria/Blackfriars.
The property was built on a wide double plot and is approached via a footpath or driveway which can accommodate two cars comfortably.
