This very good size second (top) floor flat is situated in a most convenient location for local shops and transport being just a third of a mile to St Mary-s Cray train station, which has a direct line to London Victoria.

A secure communal entrance hall on the ground floor leads to the stairwell that provides access to the upper floors, and from here, an entrance hall with storage cupboard off the second floor landing gives you access to the flat.

Once inside you will find a large reception room with double glazed windows to the front, laminate flooring and space for living and dining areas.
There is a modern fitted kitchen with double glazed window to the rear. It is fitted with a range of wall and base units with work surfaces and a sink with mixer tap. There is a built in oven and ceramic hob with extractor over, dishwasher, plus plumbing and space for a washing machine.
