***Vendor‘s comments:*** &quote;We are selling our lovely one bedroom second floor flat as we have had a baby and are looking for somewhere a bit bigger. Shared ownership has been the perfect scheme for us and we wouldn’t be on the property ladder without it.

The flat is less than 11 years old and has beautiful plantation shutters which open out to the balcony. There is also a large shared garden for even more outside space. We love how close the flat is to bus stops and local shops on Chatterton Road such as; a Co-Op, pharmacy and post office. The flat is located at the end of a cul de sac and also comes with an allocated parking space including a bollard.

To gain access to the flat there are 2 secured video entry doors which always make us feel safe.

We will be sad to leave our wonderful home but will seek comfort in that it’ll be someone else’s new home to make memories in.&quote;
