" Beautifully presented modern semi detached family home with integral garage. Situated in a no through road in a popular location where properties do not frequently come to the market. Ideally located within 1/4 of a mile from Bromley Town centre and just over a 1/4 of a mile to Bromley South station. Two local highly regarded primary schools are within easy access. Both home and garden are in our opinion stylish and practical and easy to maintain.
The accommodation briefly comprises to the ground floor a lounge, kitchen/diner, reception room currently used as a study. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. To the front there is a lawned garden with driveway to the garage and the south facing rear garden is laid mainly to lawn. The property also has double glazing and central heating.
