" If your looking for a modern property, in a quiet residential area with nothing but fields and downland views beyond, then look no more. This two bedroom modern house, which backs directly onto farmland and fields, is perfect for first time buyers and buy to let investors!!! The property is situated in a pleasant close on the popular 'Augustfields' development on the outskirts of Newhaven. As you enter the the property from the side, the kitchen is immediately to your left which offers a good range of wall and base cupboards, integrated oven and gas hob, along with tiled splash backs around the spacious worktop space. The room also offers enough space for a breakfast table. As you head up the stairs from the ground floor level, the lounge/diner is located to your right, this is a good size room with sliding doors allowing access to the west facing rear garden, which enjoys all of the afternoon and evening sun.
