" This semi detached chalet style property is situated in the popular Valley area of Newhaven within close proximity of local schools and mainline bus routes to Brighton and Eastbourne. The property offers versatile accommodation throughout and is considered to be deceptively spacious. The front door opens into a very useful entrance porch and then into the main hallway. The lounge is a decent sized room which is carpeted and has a feature electric fireplace, large double glazed sliding patio doors overlook and afford access to the rear garden. The kitchen is located at the front of the property and is fitted with a good range of light fronted wall and base units. There is ample space for cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. Two double glazed windows help to fill the room with natural light. A separate dining room also overlooks the rear and could quite easily double up to a further bedroom. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a white suite to include bath with shower attachment and wash hand basin and a separate toilet. The second bedroom is a good size double room which overlooks the front and is currently being used as an office. Moving upstairs you will find two further bedrooms. The master room is a large double room which has modern light carpets and lots of space for bedroom furniture. The smallest bedroom although a single does have the benefit of a built in cupboard. Outside, the terraced rear garden is block paved for ease of maintenance and the front has a driveway giving off road parking which leads to the garage.
