" Situated in a popular residential close, this modern semi detached chalet bungalow is within just a short distance from Newhaven town centre and really is a must see. Upon entering the property you will see straight away the care and attention that has gone into making this a really loved family home. The 23 foot lounge/dining room has plenty of space for a living area and still ample room for a dining table. The sliding patio doors at the rear overlook the back garden and the gas flame effect fire makes a focal point of the room. The modern kitchen has a good range of white fronted floor and wall units and a built in electric oven. There is also room for washing machine and a fridge freezer. The main bedroom is a good sized double with fitted cupboards and wardrobes and bedroom three, although a single, is still a decent size, both are situated at the front of the property and have views towards Downland. The family bathroom is also located downstairs, it has a cream suite and a shower unit over the bath. Stairs lead up from the lounge to bedroom two, this is a spacious room which would house a double bed and also benefits from plenty of eaves storage and lovely views towards Downland.
