" Positioned in a popular family area of Newhaven close to the local schools and mainline bus routes is this four bedroom semi-detached house being sold with no chain. The house is situated near the end of a quiet close and the property has the bonus of off-road parking for two cars. Stepping into the property the large lounge/diner is the first room on the left. The room is a fantastic space with a large lounge lounge area, with high ceilings and neutral decoration, The two rooms are separated by a banister and a few steps down to the spacious dining room. There is space for a large dining table with double doors opening out to the rear garden. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen.
