" This three bedroom semi detached house is situated within short walking distance of Newhaven town centre and mainline bus routes to Brighton and Eastbourne. The property is considered to be in good decorative order throughout and is ready to go for any first time buyer or investor! The lounge has a feature gas flame effect fire which is a focal point of the room and double glazed bay window lets in a huge amount of light giving it a very warm homely feel. The kitchen is a good sized room which has more than enough room for a breakfast table. There are ample wall and base units and a built in cooker as well as space for fridge freezer and washing machine. The double glazed window and door overlook and afford access to the low maintenance rear garden which includes a raised timber deck perfect for summer barbeques!
