" A fine older style semi-detached bungalow in a superb location in Newhaven with magnificent views over the English Channel and Newhaven Port, as well as Newhaven Fort and the South Downs to the east. The property has been improved by the current owner, with exposed and sanded floors, a wood-burner, redecoration and soon new woodwork to the side porch.
