" The key word here is “impressive”.As soon as you walk in you are greeted by an inviting hallway with tiled floor and plenty of storage cupboards putting an end to the days of numerous coats and shoes to trip over. The cloakroom is adorned with a lovely white suite as is the family bathroom. Both of these are what you would expect from this delightful home. The feeling of space continues into the 18’6” lounge which, as its focal point, has a reclaimed Victorian fireplace which was once used as a milk crate! A lovely piece of character for such a modern house.
The farmhouse style kitchen comes with a Belfast sink and a range cooker and would make any budding chef feel at home. Those who simply want to enjoy the cuisine would be able to relax in the delightful conservatory which is hexagonal and is accessed via the lounge making entertaining really easy. The rear garden has been particularly well thought out and enjoys sun throughout the day. A lovely side garden has also been developed into a Mediterranean theme and comes with decking so would be great for those summer barbeques. To the front is a double garage and off road parking for up to 4 vehicles so all the guests will be well looked after here, too!

What the Owner says:

We love the fact that we are at the end of a cul de sac yet still in the heart of the vibrant village life. It’s a great community feel here with the local schools and shops and being so close to the countryside. The house is perfect for family life as the circular layout downstairs gives the children a free run without disturbing the cook at work! The dining room and kitchen/diner make entertaining really easy. One bonfire celebration, we had about 60 people over and were able to accommodate everyone. We also find the house easy to maintain and very economical to heat.
