" Description    A detached family home in the sought after village of Ringmer. Situation    The property is located in central Ringmer a short distance away from the nearby shops in Springett Avenue which cater for the local village. The shops include a butchers, baker, florists, hairdressers, general store with post office, restaurant, fast food takeaway and nearby doctors and pharmacy. In nearby Lewes Road, there is a high street bank as well as dentist surgery adjacent to the local village inn and opposite the village green which, during summer months, hosts both cricket and stall ball. The village hall is located opposite the village green and nearby village church. There are regular bus services through Ringmer to nearby Lewes with a wider range of retail facilities including boutiques, restaurants and wine bars. There are supermarkets, as well as retail warehousing. Lewes also has a mainline railway station with services to and from central London as well as Brighton and Eastbourne. Services to London going via Haywards Heath in just over an hour and a half.
