" Ulverstone is an Edwardian country house constructed around the turn of the century in brick with rendered first floor elevations under a tiled roof with ornate, tall chimneys. It has been refurbished and updated in the last 2 years and retains many interesting original features, including a large balcony to the South and a full width recessed verandah along the front elevation. Points to note include: period fireplaces, oriel windows, parquet flooring, extensive panelling to the ground floor. The property enjoys views across open countryside to Chailey Common. In all a fabulous family home surrounded by its own gardens.

Ulverstone is located between Scaynes Hill and Chailey within close proximity to Chailey Common Local amenities: Public houses, petrol filling station and recreation ground. Comprehensive shopping: Haywards Heath, Lewes, Brighton. Mainline Rail Service: Haywards Heath & Lewes. www.setrains.co.uk Schools: There are many highly regarded schools in the area, both state and private. www.westsussex.gov.uk/ccm/navigation/education www.eastsussex.gov.uk/ccm/navigation/education Communications: The M25 orbital motorway can be accessed via the A23, linking to other motorway networks, Gatwick and Heathrow airports and the coast.
