" On the ground floor all rooms are accessed via the central hall, there is a ground floor cloakroom, sitting room with fireplace, a double aspect kitchen/breakfast room requiring updating and with a door from here out to the rear garden. The bathroom whilst serviceable is a dated suite and could benefit from updating. There are two ground floor bedrooms plus a study from where the staircase leads up to the first floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with fitted/built in wardrobes and some eaves storage cupboards. There is a cloakroom on this floor which could be altered to include a shower cubicle if required and subject to any necessary consents. Outside, the front garden is mainly arranged to low maintenance paving/parking hard-standing with surrounding stocked flower and shrub beds and borders.
