The main bedroom overlooks the front with a view of the downs above rooftops. The fitted units comprise double and single wardrobes with top cupboards. The en-suite bathroom has a P-shaped Jacuzzi bath with curved glass shower screen and shower at one end, wash basin with cupboards under, W.C., wall tiling, double glazed window, chrome towel warmer and down lighting. There are three more bedrooms the fourth being currently used as a study and which has a bulkhead wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with glass shower screen and shower above one end, wash basin with cupboards under, wall mirror and cabinet plus down lighting above, double glazed window. Outside at the front there is a driveway offering ample off street parking, area of grass with a mature tree and side gate to the rear garden. This has fencing, grass, paved paths and conifer trees, and also extends to a side area with low fencing which overlooks the lightly wooded open space to the side of the house. "
