" Overlooking leafy Hove Park, this stunning detached residence is located on one of Hove's most sought-after residential roads, with lovely views to the front and fantastic gardens to the rear including a delightful covered sitting area and a swimming pool with adjustable cover. Close to commuter links, the seafront and Brighton city centre, the house would make an excellent family home, with well-presented accommodation spanning two floors with spacious, light-filled rooms that will suit the needs of a growing family and period features complementing the modern d?cor. With its welcoming aspect from the road, the house is accessed by an in-and-out driveway, with a garage providing ample storage space. Inside the hallway leads through an arch into a stylish kitchen/breakfast room which acts as a real 'hub' of the family home, with its sociable breakfast bar and space for comfortable chairs. A good mix of wall and floor cabinets provides lots of room for keeping things tucked away, with additional useful storage in the adjoining utility room. The mainly neutral colour scheme of white painted cabinets and grey laminate worktops will suit most colour schemes, and there are a number of integrated appliances including a double oven, gas hob and extractor fan, with space for an American-style fridge/freezer. Double doors from the hallway open onto a generously-proportioned 28ft sitting room, currently used as a living/dining space with a cosy seating area at the front overlooking the park, and a dining area to the rear where French windows lead onto the patio.

Upstairs a spacious landing opens onto a lovely balcony with views over the trees of Hove Park and four well-proportioned bedrooms, two of which offer built-in wardrobe storage. The master bedroom overlooks the front of the house and the park, as does the third bedroom which with its bay window would make a light-filled home office or children's bedroom. The second bedroom has a wall of useful built-in storage space, including hanging wardrobes, high cupboards and a dressing table, with great scope as a guest bedroom. Families will appreciate the two bathrooms on busy mornings, one with a cubicle shower, the other with an integrated corner bath with shower over.

On sunny days the roof can be pulled back to let the sun in.
