Located on Livingstone Road, this popular part of Hove is known as Poets Corner, there are lots of shops, pubs and restaurants close by on Blatchington Road and Church Road, with local shops on the surrounding streets. Hove train station is just a couple of minutes walk with a regular service across to Worthing and Brighton as well as up to London.

This terraced house is arranged over four floors with a siting room and kitchen diner on the lower ground floor with access out to the rear patio. On the ground floor is the fifth bedroom

(currently used as an additional sitting room), the bathroom and a shower room, the first and second floor both accommodate two bedrooms each. There is some furniture in the property but the landlord is flexible about providing additional or removing items. Kitchen white goods are included.
